Finding opportunities to improve the online shopping tools for General Motors

Proactively surface opportunities to improve the customer experiences for the Build and Price and Inventory tools.
Assessment
I performed an informal assessment of the tools, surfacing questions and suggestions from a new user’s point of view. I facilitated conversations with the design team to discuss, and together we categorized the opportunities by next steps.
Outcome
We presented General Motors with a set of 68 opportunities, categorized and prioritized by customer value. These opportunities are in process of being prioritized by General Motors. Yay!
